Candidate Must Have the Following Skills:
2-3 Years experience with deploying and configuring the IBM Tivoli Security solutions listed in a mix of Unix and Windows environment:
- IBM Tivoli Identity Manager ver 4.6 and 5.x
- IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator ver 6.1.1 and 7.x
- IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-Business ver 5.x and 6.x
Planning upgrades and applying Fix Packs for the above components
Tuning and performance improvements for the above components
Provide Best Practices approach as recommended by IBM on the above components
Provide customer support and interactions with support IT teams, application teams, and Help Desk
Candidate must be a quick learner who can ramp up quickly to understand client implementation of the Tivoli Security infrastructure.
Preferred Skills:
A good understanding of application security.
Experience supporting IBM products running on AIX/Linux AND Windows preferred.
Experience upgrading ITIM from 4.x to 5.x helpful but not required.
Knowledge of ITDI Assembly line development.
Experience integrating custom applications with IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-Business.
Experiencing managing the IBM support group and PMR process.
