Phase Five: “Value Validation”
Once the solution is deployed, Wolcott Group will proactively follow-up to ensure that business objectives are achieved, implemented features and functions are understood, users are properly trained, and ongoing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are realized.
Wolcott’s first line of support is our support group and help desk. When needed, Wolcott Group will send professional services staff to the site. In our experience, many new ideas occur once clients become familiar with their new system and its flexibility. Throughout the Value Validation phase, we evaluate opportunities for optimizing, upgrading, and adding to the solution to ensure that it continues to be an optimal solution.
