E-Learning Program consists of:
- Online Video Lectures - Students control their own schedule as everything is pre-recorded
- Online Student Courseware - Students can review the courseware online or print out one copy
- Online Mentoring - ITIL Expert Mentors are standing by to answer any questions that might come up as students go through the training
- Online Exams - Students can go online to register for the exam and proctor once they have completed the program
- Variable License Terms - Students can pick the license term/price that works best for them
- Desktop or Classroom - Students can take the training at home, in the office or in a public classroom
- PDU Credits - Students receive PDU credits for attending these classes
- Custom Courses - Tailored to a student's knowledge level or educational requirements or certification objectives
