Registration for Training and Certification Courses


NOTE: All the discounted registrations for the May and June HISP training class have been allocated. Only full price registrations for those two classes are currently available.


To register for a course, complete and submit the form below (all fields are required), select "Add to Cart" or "Pay by Check" on the next screen, and then proceed through the payment screens.

Payment Policy

For credit card and PayPal transactions, payment is due with registration. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the same time that you register for the course. For paying by check, a check made payable to “Wolcott Group” must be received by Wolcott Group (at 3700 Embassy Parkway, Suite 430, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333) at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class. For any exceptions, send us an email at training@wolcottgroup.com and be sure to include your telephone number in case we need to follow-up with you by telephone.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Substitution Policy

If you need to cancel your participation in a class, reschedule in a future class, or substitute the attendees in a class, please contact us at 330-666-5900 or training@wolcottgroup.com. The following schedule of options apply for all cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution requests.

Training Schedule Changes

Wolcott Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met. In the event a class is cancelled, Wolcott Group will provide a five business day advance notice prior to the start date of the class and you will be given the option to reschedule in a future class or seek a refund. Wolcott Group will only be responsible for refunding the registration fees paid and is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as airline fares, hotels, and other travel-related costs.
